Short answer; By Finding My IKIGAI. Here's the long version...

A non-conformist at heart, I always felt I needed to be more than my corporate job title in the pharmaceutical multinational space.
The most satisfying part of my career was coaching my teams and seeing them develop into the people they want to be. The more I thought about it, the more it felt meaningful and the more I saw the impact on their lives.
I have a genuine interest in what makes people succeed in life, what does it really mean to succeed in life? what is the difference between those who are fulfilled in their life and those who aren't.
As a trusted coach I get to live my life’s purpose, my IKIGAI.

It also Includes launching www.findmyikigai.net and living my own IKIGAI by helping others find theirs.

From these experiences and amazing people I encounter, I continue to learn new things every day and refine my IKIGAI and my own ideas about what it means to live a meaningful life.
